Returns & Exchanges

1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 28 days from the shipping date to return your order to us for a refund.

Items returned must be unworn and in resalable conditions. Delivery Charges are non-refundable. Please understand that, in order to process your return or exchange, we request that:

- All security and original tags must still be intact and attached to returned items. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.

- Belt holes must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.

- Swimwear and intimate apparel must be returned unworn and with the original packaging and tags in place;

- Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them;

- CLEARANCE ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED FOR ANY REASON.

In order to save you time and ensure your refunds/exchanges are processed quickly and efficiently, please see the Returns Procedure below.


Faulty Items in your delivery:

Please carefully check your items once they have arrived. Should you receive a faulty/damaged item please procedure informed below, stating the nature of the fault. For ALL THE ORDERS, we will refund the shipping costs after we have received the faulty item and have disclosed the nature of the complaint.

For faulty items that have been worn /used or returns outside our Returns Policy, please email us at customerservice@Lightningbolt.eu.com for further assistance. These may be accepted at the discretion of Lightning Bolt Europe S.A.

In case items returned are not damaged, nor with any fabrication deficiency return transport costs are always at customers’ expense.


1.1 RETURNS:

Returns Procedure

All orders placed on Lightningbolt.eu.com can be returned only by post. To return an online purchase, please send an email to: returns@lightningbolt.eu.com requesting the return and stating the following information:

 - Invoice number;

 - Description and Reference (code) of which item(s) you are returning;

 - Quantity you are returning;

 - Reason for return;

 - Customer number and complete identification.

You will receive an email reply from our customer service. In case of approval, you will receive an authorization that must be returned with the good.

Please be aware that, returns made without previous authorization, may not be accepted.


FOR RETURNS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION:

You will receive an email reply from our customer service. In case of approval, you will receive an authorization together with a return label that must be returned with the good.

We ask you please to use FEDEX transport services to guarantee good delivery.

All taxes, duties, and customs fees resulting from the return are the responsibility of the customer. Any additional fees or shipping costs not previously authorized will be deducted to customer refund.

Secure/ Traceable Delivery: we recommend you send your return using a secure or traceable method - i.e. Recorded/Special Delivery - and that you retain your proof of postage.

UNTIL WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN TO OUR WAREHOUSE, THE ITEMS AND THEIR CONDITION ARE CUSTOMERS’ RESPONSIBILITY.

1.2 EXCHANGES:

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges for items purchased online and returned to our warehouse.

You will have to send the item back to us for a refund to be processed and place a new order for the alternative item. We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and refund processed. Please note returns can take up to 28 days to be processed. Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 3-5 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. Delivery Charges are non-refundable.

1.3 REFUNDS:

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted.

The original shipping charges are not non-refundable.

For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company.

Orders paid by Paypal will be refunded to the original account.
