Final Credit Card and PayPal debited amounts may vary based on currency fluctuations and bank commissions.

The following methods of payment are accepted by Lightningbolt.eu.com:

When clients place orders online, Credit Card details are forwarded to a protected online banking system provided by Redunicre.

Credit Card Security
Lightningbolt.eu.com clients are guaranteed maximum Credit Card security because all transactions are processed using a secure server.

Lightningbolt.eu.com customer service agents will not ask for, nor, accept credit card numbers andor expiration dates.

Lightningbolt.eu.com advises clients to apply for e-commerce security PIN CODES provided by Verified by Visa and Secure Code by MasterCard.

Credit Card Charges
If there are sufficient funds and the account information is valid, the order will be processed instantly. 
Credit cards are charged at the moment that the order is confirmed for available merchandise.

The merchandise will be shipped once Lightningbolt.eu.com has received the funds and the merchandise is available for shipment.

PAYPAL
Lightningbolt.eu.com welcomes payments from PayPal Accounts and reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified Paypal account is registered with.

Lightningbolt.eu.com also reserves the right to ship the order only to the Billing Address.

It is possible to check the status of your order by accessing the forwarder site after e-mail reception of the related tracking number.
We remind clients once an order is placed for available items no changes can be made to that order. 
Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

Lightningbolt.eu.com is not responsible for shipment delays or mishaps due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports all Lightningbolt.eu.com orders are shipped out of VILA NOVA FAMALICÃO – POTUGAL,  with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Euro.

Orders are shipped from Lightningbolt.eu.com - Monday – Friday from 9:30 a.m. – 06:0 p.m. (CET). Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.

Lightningbolt.eu.com ships worldwide using TNT delivery and local postal mail for National deliveries.

Lightningbolt.eu.com shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Lightningbolt.eu.com.

We remind first-time clients that Lightningbolt.eu.com will request to "Redunicre” to contact the Client’s bank for approval of the charges. This verification will delay immediate shipping.

AVAILABLE MERCHANDISE: IMMEDIATE SHIPPING 
Orders with available merchandise are shipped the same day as order placement from Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.. Orders placed on weekends are shipped on the following Monday. 
In all cases, Lightningbolt.eu.com reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping.

Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery.
Lightningbolt.eu.com packages are carefully sealed in white plastic with a LIGHTNING BOLT logo print tape around the sides of the box.
If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact Lightningbolt.eu.com at customerservice@Lightningbolt.eu.com.

If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client's address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the Lightningbolt.eu.com commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to PORTUGAL at the Client's expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to PORTUGAL. 
These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

Lightningbolt.eu.com shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.

What about duties, customs, and additional fees?

We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Though we cannot predict what your particular charges will be, you can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country's custom policies.
